A Two-day hands-on workshop on IoT, Robotics, and Drone Technology

The CSI Student Chapter at The Apollo University successfully organized “A Two-day hands-on workshop on IoT, Robotics, and Drone Technology” on December 22 and December 23, 2023. The event started with an inauguration ceremony at 9:00 am on the first day, setting the stage for an engaging and educational experience. Dr Sunil Charupalli-Dean SOT, welcomed our esteemed resource person Dr B K C Ganesh, CEO and founder of 3D Print Technology, Tirupati, with the flower bouquet.

Day 1: The focus of the first day centered on IoT and robotics, with practical sessions covering LEDs, potentiometers for intensity control, and gas sensors. Participants actively engaged in experiments related to these technologies, gaining valuable insights into applications such as fire alarms and tunnel monitoring.

Day 2: The second day delved into more advanced topics, featuring drones and robotic cars. Participants explored the mechanics and potential applications of drones and gained knowledge and skills to build and program robotic cars. A standout activity involved creating a gift using LED boards, allowing participants to apply their skills creatively and practically.

The executive members played a pivotal role throughout, actively coordinating the event and contributing to its grand success. The workshop concluded with a valedictory session from 4:30 to 5:00 pm on December 23, 2023.
