OVERVIEW
The Apollo NSS aims to inculcate service, develop personality ,instill patriotism and unity among the student community & its stakeholders. The volunteers of our NSS units work to understand the community around the University, identify the needs and problems of the community, utilize their knowledge in solving these problems, acquire leadership qualities, teamwork , develop capacity to meet emergencies and practice social harmony.
VIJAY DIWAS
16.12.23(Saturday)on the occasion of VIJAY DIWAS , NSS Program officer of Unit 2, Mr. Thiripal, conducted a painting competition for the university students which was judged by Dr.Shani S S. National Service Scheme – Health screening
Health screening for non-teaching staff was organized by the Department of Clinical Psychology on 4th November2023. NSS volunteers from unit 1 and Unit 2 have attended and supported the event.

Road safety awareness rally
In view of several road accidents taking place in the community, NSS UNIT 2 of The Apollo University organized a rally with the theme of 'Road safety' on 06.07.2023 (Thursday) within the campus. The Apollo University celebrated international yoga day on 21/06/2023. Students from various disciplines participated in the event including volunteers from NSS Unit 1 and Unit 2. World Blood Donor Day
World Blood Donation Day aims to raise awareness about the constant need for safe and sufficient blood supplies in healthcare systems worldwide.
