COURSE OVERVIEW
The 4-year Bachelor of Science in Emergency and Trauma Care Technology, or B.Sc. (Emergency and Trauma Care Technology), is a UG programme. It involves the study of disease processes and specific procedures and medical skills to handle emergency/ traumatic/ critical cases.
Emergency medicine is a field of practice based on the knowledge and skills required for the prevention, diagnosis, and management of the acute and urgent aspects of illness and injury affecting patients of all age groups with a full spectrum of undifferentiated physical and behavioural disorders.
It is a speciality in which time is critical. The Emergency Medical team takes care of a patient presenting with acute emergencies. The curriculum is developed to educate students and transform them into highly skilled Emergency Medical Technologists.

Eligibility
Passed with at least 45% (40% in case the candidates belong to reserved category) marks with Botany, Zoology, Physics and Chemistry or Inter vocational with Bridge course of Biological and Physical Sciences (or) APOSS with Biological Sciences and Physical Sciences from a recognized board or other equivalent board or Intermediate and attain 17 Years as on 31st December of Calendar Year.
