He has worked in HIV/TB prevention and identification projects for more than a decade among vulnerable populations and migrants. He has published five papers, one chapter in edited book, Peer viewed more than thirty papers on Infectious disease and Social Network Analysis.
He has acquired skills in developing a database of Social Network Analysis using Node XL and piloted research, Monitoring & Evaluation of project deviation, carrying out the problem and situational analysis to identify gross roots issues, and trained partner organizations.
In addition, he worked in the field of Disability, STI/HIV, and reproductive health in India (Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Delhi), Nepal, and Sri Lanka for CBOs, NGOs, and International NGOs in the post-emergency and post-disaster contexts.
