Dr. Iliyas Ali Shaik, a distinguished Assistant Professor of English at The Apollo University in Chittor, Andhra Pradesh, brings a wealth of expertise and passion to his role, driven by a commitment to English language teaching through literature. His extensive career in various technical institutions across Andhra Pradesh, including leadership roles such as Head of Department and Soft Skills Trainer, has left an indelible mark on students and honed his valuable administrative skills.

Dr. Iliyas Ali’s diverse research interests encompass ELT (English Language Teaching), Diaspora Literature, Arab-American Literature, Film Studies, Digital Humanities, and Indian Literature, reflecting his dedication to exploring the multifaceted literary and cultural landscape. Actively participating in both national and international conferences, he contributes significantly to scholarly discussions. His authored books on ‘Business Communication’ illustrate his ability to apply language skills in practical, real-world contexts.

Dr. Iliyas Ali’s research is featured in UGC Care, Scopus, and Web of Science (WoS), highlighting his impactful contributions. He received the “Gold Medal” from Yogi Vemana University in 2011 for his academic excellence.
