ORIENTATION ON PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT
The Apollo University’s School of Technology hosted a Personality Development session on April 27th, 2024 (Saturday). Dr. S. Haseena, Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at Apollo University, led the session, inaugurated by Dr. C Sunil Kumar, Dean of the School of Technology, and Dr. I Ramaiah, Dean of the School of Management. During the event, they emphasized the significance of personal and professional personality development.
Dr. S. Haseena delved into the pivotal role of personality in an individual’s life, discussing self-improvement, psychological insights, and the diversity of personalities in our surroundings. This session provided valuable insights into understanding oneself and others, aiding personal and professional growth. Dr. G. B. Hima Bindu and Dr. B. Nageswara Rao, Associate Professors at the School of Technology, supervised the session.
The session was divided into two segments: from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM for female attendees and from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM for male attendees. It served as a unique opportunity for participants to gain insights into various personality traits, contributing to their holistic development.
