The School of Management at The Apollo University has organized an invited lecture on “Mastering Emotional Intelligence in Healthcare Leadership” for MBA Hospital and Healthcare Management students on 14th October 2024.
Dr. Sudha Paipuru, Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at the School of Health Sciences, The Apollo University, emphasized the critical importance of Emotional Intelligence (EI) for future healthcare leaders. During her lecture, she highlighted how EI is essential in today’s workplace, particularly within hospital settings, where effective interpersonal relationships and communication are vital.
