Ms. Vaheedha holds a Master’s in Physiotherapy from Saveetha University Chennai and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Orthopedics from the same institution. With 4 years of teaching experience at Oxford College of Physiotherapy, Bangalore, and ACoPT, she has three Scopus-indexed publications. She is a certified practitioner in dry needling, taping, cupping, lumbar spine expertise, vascular rehabilitation, Pilates Mat instruction, and manual therapy. She is a Lifetime member of the Indian Association of Physiotherapy and the Andhra Pradesh Physical Therapy Association.
