Dr.A.Saravanakumar, working as Professor at the Apollo Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, The Apollo University, Chittoor. He is a distinguished pharmacologist with a Ph.D. in Pharmacology and Pharmaceutical Sciences. His academic journey spans prestigious institutions across India from The Tamil Nadu Dr M.G.R Medical University, Chennai, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Anantapur and Khazar University, Azerbaijan. With over 16 years in academia, he has served as Professor and Principal at several pharmacy colleges.

A prolific researcher, Dr. Saravanakumar has authored 5 textbooks, 6 book chapters, and 73 research papers, while securing 5 patents. He holds memberships in IPA, APTI, IACP and State Pharmacy Council. His research has attracted ₹35.89 Lakhs in funding from AICTE, UGC, and ICMR. He received the Young Researcher Award in Pharmacy in 2019.
