Grievance Redressal at The Apollo University (TAU)

The Apollo University has established Grievance Redressal Committees to provide a structured, transparent, and accessible mechanism for addressing grievances raised by students. The University Grievance Redressal Committee ( UGRC ) and Student Grievance Redressal Committee ( SGRC ) facilitate the timely examination and resolution of student-related grievances in accordance with the University’s prescribed procedures.
The grievance mechanism is intended to ensure that students can raise concerns related to academic, administrative, examination, facilities, or other University matters through an appropriate and impartial forum, with due consideration and necessary action for resolution.
