The Apollo University follows a transparent, merit-based, and government-regulated admission process for Convener Quota students in accordance with the applicable Government of Andhra Pradesh notifications and admission guidelines. The Convener Quota constitutes 35% of seats in programmes other than Allied Health Sciences and 50% in Allied Health Sciences programmes, subject to the officially notified seat matrix. Admissions are carried out through the designated counselling authorities based on merit, eligibility, reservation norms, and prescribed procedures. Fees for Convener Quota students are charged as prescribed by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. The University ensures proper document verification, fee compliance, admission confirmation, and maintenance of records to uphold transparency, accountability, and regulatory compliance.
