Dr. Gayathiri holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai and a Master’s degree in MBA (Hospital & Health Systems Management) from Sri Ramachandra University, Chennai. She has also completed her M.Phil in Management from Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai and earned her Ph.D. in the same field from Pondicherry Central University. In addition, she holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Annamalai University, Chidambaram and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Alagappa University, Karaikudi, Tamil Nadu, through distance education.
She brings over five years of teaching experience, having served as a Lecturer and Guest Faculty at institutions including Pondicherry University Community College, Puducherry, and Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research, Chennai.
Dr. Gayathiri has published five research papers in national and international journals and has contributed two book chapters published by Bloomsbury. She is also a recipient of the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) from the University Grants Commission for her doctoral research.
