Dr. Kasa Sudheer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Technology, specializing in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and a Master’s degree in Digital Systems and Computer Electronics, both from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. He earned his Ph.D. from Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore. Additionally, he has completed the AICTE-QIP-PG program from IIIT Kottayam and is a qualified UGC-NET and GATE candidate (2013 and 2015).
With over 18 years of teaching experience, Dr. Sudheer has served in various institutions including SV College of Engineering, Tirupati, and Prakasam Engineering College, Kandukur, Andhra Pradesh. He has supervised more than 55 student projects at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels and has contributed significantly in various administrative capacities, such as Head of Department, Chairman Board of Studies, Research Head, NIRF, NAAC and NBA Coordinator, IQAC Coordinator, Convener of the Institute Innovation Council, Exam Cell Coordinator, and Ph.D. External Examiner.
Dr. Sudheer has an impressive scholarly record with 52 publications in national and international journals and holds nine patents. He has authored six books/e-books for undergraduate students and has actively organized 10 Faculty Development Programs, 21 workshops, and one conference. He has successfully secured research funding, including ₹90 lakhs from AICTE for the IDEA Lab and ₹40,000 from AICTE for a QIP-PG study and faculty development program.
He also serves as an Editorial Board Member for journals such as IJCCDM, IJISME, LSP, and IJRCDS, and is a reviewer for prestigious publications including IEEE Access, IJPES, IJSETA, MDPI’s Sustainability and Processes, IETE Journal of Research, Inventions, Mathematics, Sensors, Solar, and Energies.
