Dr. Vandana Kaja did her post graduation and Ph. D from Mohan Lal Sukhadia University. She commenced her career in mother and child healthcare WHO project at IIHMR Jaipur, Rajasthan. She was a part of a team that initiated an Adult Education project at Udaipur University. She worked with Maternity hospital, she was a Clinical Psychologist in Bangalore Kidney Foundation and Neuromusculoskeletal Rehabilitation Centre, Bangalore, where she was also training and taking classes for fellowship students and also supervising Ph D students.
